Steve Staub
Steve's family has been in the Dayton, Ohio region for five generations and he is the 3rd generation in the manufacturing business. He is the President and one of the founders of Staub Manufacturing Solutions and has been a leader in the region in promoting and developing local manufacturing. Steve lives in Tipp City with his wife and two daughters. 




Gary Weldon
Gary Weldon has spent his entire 25 year career in the manufacturing industry. His roles, however, have been widely varied. Through a combination of hard work, hands-on experience and education he was able to move from shop go-fer to shop foreman in just ten years. From there he ventured into tooling and machinery design, purchasing and, ultimately, operations management. Gary’s passion for creating, developing and trying new things led him to his current role as Business Development Manager for Staub Manufacturing Solutions, an industry leading, laser cutting and metal fabrication company. Harry Couch
Harry has more than 50 years of experience in polymer and structural composites and more than 40 years of experience in materials engineering. He has held key positions with Inland Division, GM, GM Delco and Delphi. Retirement, he says, positioned him to find ways he could give back to the community. He spent the next 14 years as an independent contractor for the National Composite Center. Today Harry continues to consult in the areas of polymers, composites and process engineering and is science officer for Third Millennium Metals.




Brad Forsythe
Brad chairs the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber’s CEO Roundtable program (190 CEOs and 50 CFOs), is a trade credit insurance specialist for the Kinker-Eveleigh Insurance Agency, a registered broker for the Export-Import Bank of the United States, and creator of The Exporter’s Toolkit seminars. An author and frequent contributor to several business publications, he also periodically teaches risk management for the Ohio Society of CPAs. He co-founded and spent 22 years at Frequency Marketing, Inc, a 200-employee company that served the Fortune 100 on six continents.




Michael Kalter
Michael provides CEO coaching and consulting services to a wide range of organizations . He helps them find meaning and focus in organizational structure. As a former President and owner of Behm Quartz Industries, he utilized monitoring and efficiency-boosting lean techniques to significantly grow the company in annual sales. Michael applies these advanced lean-manufacturing principles to turn organizations into a world-class competitors.





Greg Knox

Greg is the owner and “CNC Czar” of Knox Machinery - a full servicing distributor of CNC mills, lathes and accessories located in Franklin Ohio. Greg is very active politically and is a strong and vocal proponent of US manufacturing. Greg serves on the board of directors for the DRMA and is currently the incoming chairman. Greg and his wife Margie stay very active with their six children.




Heather Martin
Heather is a writer, editor, and facilitator for Innovative InterChange Associates. She has spent many years as a professional journalist with several years of management, including over eight years at the Dayton Business Journal as publisher and editor. She has also worked as an editor and freelance writer for various newspapers and magazines, including the Washington (D.C.) Business Journal and Air Force Magazine. Heather also has been an active board member or volunteer for several Dayton-area organizations.




Rick Little
Rick has 40 years experience in the manufacturing of composite and metal components. A graduate of Miami Valley Career Technology Center, he started his career with an apprenticeship served in a toolroom setting, which produced dies, special machinery, and tooling and has spent the last twenty-five years in supervision and management. He is currently President of Starwin industries. Rick currently serves on the board of the Dayton Region Manufacturing Association (DRMA). He is happily married with six kids and six grand children.



Angelia Erbaugh
Angelia is the president of the Dayton Region Manufacturers Association, a 320-member company trade association serving manufacturers in southwestern Ohio. Angelia serves on Montgomery County’s Workforce Investment Board and on various advisory committees and task forces, always representing the concerns of small manufacturers in the region. Prior to DRMA, Angelia held various administrative and project management positions in the banking and software development industries. She holds associate’s degrees from Sinclair Community College and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Capital University.





Roger Wentworth
Roger is the founder and CEO of the Sandler Sales Institute's Dayton office. In this role, he regularly meets with clients to rehearse and reinforce effective sales techniques, strategies, and best practices. He also offers his insights and support as a public speaker on sales, sales management, and business development. Roger's prior experience includes a 30-year career in manufacturing, engineering management, product development, and program management. Upon moving into sales, he discovered the value of a low-pressure, outside-the-box approach to sales – a development that led him to pursue various leadership positions in the field of sales consulting.





Debbie Wanamaker
Debbie is Owner and Principal Marketing Consultant at B2B Marketing Consultants, LLC. Increasing the profitability and revenue of local manufacturing and technical services companies is her passion! Debbie helps business owners use strategic marketing techniques to increase their profitability per customer, warm up their 'cold calls', differentiate themselves from their competition, and win customers that they enjoy serving and that are highly profitable. Debbie's prior experience includes individual contributor to executive level positions at both large and small manufacturing and service companies. She has extensive experience in B2B marketing and strategic planning and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).




Keith Klein
Keith is a Senior Development Specialist in the City of Dayton Office of Economic Development. His role is focused on helping small businesses, especially in the manufacturing sector. He is a certified Economic Development Finance Professional (EDFP) with a Master’s degree from the University of Dayton and over 12 years of experience in local government. Keith also teaches a communication course at Sinclair Community College. He lives in the St. Anne’s Hill Historic District with his wife, daughter, and two rambunctious dogs.




David L. Sullivan
David is president and managing partner of Shamrock Group, Inc., a management consulting firm located in Denver, Colorado. In this role, Dave also provides advisory, coaching and mentoring services to boards, presidents and CEOs. Dave previously served as president and CEO of Partek North America, Inc. Prior to joining Partek, he was president of Rockwool Industries, Inc., and division president within Borden Chemical. Dave has also held senior management positions with other Fortune 500 companies, including Owens Corning Fiberglas and Owens-Illinois. Learning from the victories and mistakes of his real-world experience, Dave developed a firm belief in the value of professional management. As an executive in residence, course facilitator and a consultant for Tipp City, Ohio based Aileron, his goal is to give business leaders the tools and knowledge they need to build a management system of their own. 



Jean Webster
As Aileron's Communications Manager, Jean develops and maintains client relationships through branding, marketing, public relations, community relations, internal communications, and publishing. Jean also oversees customer service and client satisfaction to ensure a positive experience for everyone visiting the campus. Jean was honored with the Dayton Business Journal "Forty under Forty" award in 2011 and is currently pursuing her Masters of Management and Leading Change at Antioch University. Jean resides in warm and cheerful Centerville, Ohio in a newly rehabbed European-style town home that she shares with her partner in life and emergency contact, Tony.





Curt Dalton
Author, columnist, essayist and historical consultant, Curt Dalton has devoted his life’s work to the preservation and celebration of Dayton’s rich history. His dedication to the city and its notable figures, places, and events is exemplified by his prolific career and more than 20 books illustrating the life of Dayton. Curt’s professional career as a Dayton historian began with the publication of his first two books and featured columns in the Dayton Business Journal and Vincent Brothers Review. In 1998, Curt began his work with Montgomery County Historical Society, now known as Dayton History. As the Visual Resource Manager, he takes care of the organization’s 1.5 million photographs, negatives, and motion picture films.
